We woke up early on June 21, 2014 for our trip going to Kalamgaman Island. We started our travel going to the start point in Roro Parola Cordova. We start our travel by 8am going to Kalamgaman Island and it took us 5hrs and 40mins to reach the island. In our way in the island we have seen a lot of dolphins following our boat and it feels like they are welcoming us.

It was very cloudy when we arrived at the island and everybody was excited to go down in the boat.

As we land in the island I was impress of the white sand but due to bad weather I decided to take pictures the next day for good lighting condition. The island  is still on its recovery on the damages of the typhoon haiyan. I ask the locals there why is the island named kalanggaman ( bird ) they said the island is a bird shape when you look to an aerial view. The island was visited with a cruise ship a lot of times and everytime if there is a cruise ship the island will be closed for all local tourist on that day.
